Sustainability is at the heart of our production as Lale Sunta MDF. We take great care to comply with the European Union's high standards on Sustainable Forest Products Processing. In this context, we continuously develop our work on sustainability goals such as Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, Life on Land and Responsible Production and Consumption. Our goal is to leave a more livable world for future generations by protecting nature, greenery and the environment, which are the guarantee of our future.

Fit For 55

As Lale Sunta MDF Ağaç San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., we act in line with the principles of sustainability and environmental awareness. We are carrying out intensive work to comply with the "Fit For 55" targets set within the scope of the European Green Deal initiated by the European Union to combat climate change and contribute to a sustainable future.

The Fit For 55 initiative aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 55% compared to 1990 levels by 2050. In line with this goal, we are developing various strategies as Lale Sunta MDF to increase energy efficiency, transition to renewable energy sources and make our production processes carbon neutral.

Our steps in this context include:

• • Energy Efficiency: Integration of new technologies that will reduce energy consumption in our production facilities.
• • Renewable Energy Use: Minimizing our carbon footprint by transitioning to renewable energy sources.
• • Sustainable Material Use: Preference of sustainable and environmentally friendly materials in our supply chain.
• • Waste Management: Development of practices to reduce the amount of waste in our production processes and encourage recycling.

These steps not only minimize our negative impacts on the environment, but also enable us to progress towards being a business in full compliance with the European Green Deal. Our goal is to create a greener and more sustainable world for both current and future generations.
